TALENT, GIFTS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

VIPAJI ACADEMY was established in 2012 in Nairobi Kenya.

Its mandate was to address the need for Sports and Talent acquisition/ management.
Over the years, the Academy has engaged in private partnerships with individuals, institutions and other entities in offering its services.

After the introduction of the Competence Based Curriculum in Kenya's education system, the academy reviewed its approach and currently offers its services in the 4 categories below named 'The Four Fold Functions', as a strategy to align itself in addressing the current societal need:

1. STEM education
2. HASS Education
3. Talent, Gifts and Skills acquisition/Management
4. Life Skills, Mentorship and counselling

The academy has managed to come up with a clear structured program that is interactive and engaging from initiation to full
implementation of the above areas of operations.

This is to ensure that every child maximizes on their potential and capacity despite their background, gender, ethnicity or capability.
